This Policy explains how YUYUNA processes personal information when you use the service. It should be read with the Terms of Use and Community & Safety Rules.
Last updated: September 7, 2026
1. Scope and controller
This Policy applies to personal information processed through YUYUNA’s websites, applications, support channels, and related services. The YUYUNA operator identified in the service’s applicable legal notice is the controller for this processing, except where a different entity is identified for a specific product or jurisdiction.
2. Information we collect
- Account and profile information, such as email address, date of birth, login credentials, display name, gender, location, interests, biography, preferences, and account settings.
- Content and interactions, such as photos, videos, messages, reports, support communications, and the information you choose to provide.
- Verification and safety information, such as identity or age-verification results, liveness signals, fraud-risk indicators, reports, moderation decisions, and records needed to protect members or comply with law.
- Technical and usage information, such as IP address, device and browser data, cookies or similar technologies, app events, log records, approximate location derived from IP, and feature usage.
- Payment information and transaction records for paid platform features. Card details are generally handled by payment providers; we may receive limited payment status, identifiers, and fraud-related information.
- Information from service providers, other members, public sources, and authorities where needed for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or to investigate a report.
3. Why we use information
We use information to provide and personalize the service; create and secure accounts; communicate with you; process purchases; moderate content; investigate reports; prevent fraud, abuse, and illegal activity; enforce our Terms; improve and measure the service; comply with legal obligations; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
Our legal bases, where applicable, include performing a contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a safe and effective service, complying with legal obligations, protecting vital interests, and your consent where required. You may withdraw consent when consent is the basis, but that does not affect prior processing or processing supported by another legal basis.
4. Safety, moderation, and automated decisions
We may use automated tools, including pattern detection and risk scoring, together with human review to identify prohibited content, fraud, age concerns, security threats, and reports. These tools may affect content visibility, feature access, or trigger a review. Human review is used where appropriate to the decision and risk. You may request a review of a significant account action through support, subject to safety, legal, and anti-fraud limits.
5. How information is shared
Your profile and content may be visible to other eligible members according to your settings and the service’s features. Do not include information you do not want other members to see. We share information with vendors that help us operate the service, including hosting, security, moderation, analytics, identity verification, customer support, and payment providers, under appropriate contractual safeguards.
We may disclose information to professional advisers, affiliates, or a buyer or successor in a corporate transaction; to authorities, courts, or regulators when required or permitted by law; and when reasonably necessary to protect people, investigate fraud or abuse, enforce our rights, or respond to an emergency. We do not sell personal information for money. Where law treats certain targeted-advertising or analytics disclosures as a sale or sharing, applicable opt-out rights remain available.
6. International transfers
Information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards, such as contractual protections, and take measures designed to protect information during transfer and processing.
7. Retention
We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain security, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal obligations, and prevent repeat fraud or harm. Retention periods depend on the information, purpose, and legal requirements. We may retain limited records after account closure where necessary for these purposes.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to, or receive a portable copy of your personal information, withdraw consent, or appeal a privacy-rights decision. You can update some information in account settings and submit other requests through support. We may ask for information to verify your identity and may limit or decline a request where allowed by law, including to protect others’ rights, security, or ongoing investigations.
You may unsubscribe from non-essential marketing using the link in the message or account settings. Transactional, safety, and legal notices may still be sent when needed.
9. Cookies and similar technologies
We use necessary technologies to keep the service functioning and secure, and may use preference, analytics, and advertising technologies where permitted. Your browser or device may offer controls for cookies; disabling some technologies can affect service features. Where law requires it, we will request consent for non-essential technologies and provide applicable preference controls.
10. Children
YUYUNA is not for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly permit minors to create accounts. If we learn that a minor’s information has been provided, we will take appropriate steps to investigate, remove the account and information where appropriate, and make any required report.
11. Security
We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. No system or transmission is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Keep your credentials confidential and notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account access.
12. Changes and contact
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in our practices, service, or legal requirements. We will post the revised version and update the date above, and provide additional notice when required. For privacy questions or rights requests, contact support through YUYUNA. You may also have the right to complain to a data-protection authority in your jurisdiction.
