Terms of Use

These Terms govern access to and use of YUYUNA. Please read them before creating an account or using the service.

Last updated: September 7, 2026

1. Agreement and eligibility

By accessing or using YUYUNA, you enter into this agreement with the YUYUNA operator. You must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms, and be permitted to use the service where you live and use it. Do not use YUYUNA if any of those statements is untrue.

You must provide accurate, current account information and keep it updated. You may not create an account for another person, share an account, create multiple accounts to evade a restriction, or use the service after we have suspended or closed your account.

2. A personal dating platform—not a transaction service

YUYUNA provides online tools for adults to discover and communicate with one another. We do not arrange meetings, act as an agent or broker, verify every member, guarantee replies, matches, relationships, financial support, or any offline outcome, and are not responsible for members’ conduct on or off the service.

The service must not be used to arrange, advertise, request, facilitate, or negotiate sexual services, compensated companionship, prostitution, trafficking, exploitation, or any other illegal activity. Member-to-member transfers, per-meeting payments, escrow, service bookings, and commissions on members’ arrangements are not YUYUNA features.

3. Your account and verification

You are responsible for activity from your account and for safeguarding your credentials. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require age, identity, payment, liveness, device, or other reasonable verification before allowing or restoring access, enabling features, or completing a transaction.

A verification badge, photo review, or other safety signal is not a guarantee of identity, age, background, intentions, financial means, safety, or compatibility. Do not rely on it as one.

4. Community standards

  • Be truthful about your identity, age, photos, profile, and material facts; do not impersonate anyone or use content you do not have the right to use.
  • Respect consent and boundaries. Do not harass, threaten, stalk, shame, discriminate against, exploit, coerce, blackmail, or send unwanted sexual, violent, hateful, or degrading material.
  • Do not post or request private contact details, financial credentials, passwords, government identifiers, or another person’s personal information without permission.
  • Do not scam, solicit money or investments, promote businesses or paid services, recruit for other sites, distribute spam, or use the service for commercial or competitive purposes.
  • Do not upload nudity, sexually explicit material, sexualized content involving or suggesting a minor, non-consensual intimate imagery, or content depicting violence, exploitation, or illegal activity.
  • Do not use bots, scraping, automation, reverse engineering, security testing, malware, or any activity that overloads, bypasses, or interferes with the service.

5. Content, reports, and moderation

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant YUYUNA a non-exclusive, worldwide, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt for technical delivery, display, and use that content as needed to operate, secure, improve, promote within the service, and enforce the service. This license ends when content is deleted from active systems, except for backups, legal retention, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and uses already made in accordance with these Terms.

We may use automated systems and trained reviewers to detect, investigate, and act on suspected violations, fraud, safety risks, illegal activity, or reports. We may review profiles, images, metadata, device and account signals, and relevant communications when they are flagged, reported, required for safety, or legally required. We do not promise to review all content or reports, and our action or inaction does not make us responsible for member conduct.

6. Enforcement and appeals

To protect members and the service, we may remove or limit content, warn a member, reduce visibility, restrict features, require verification, suspend or close an account, cancel access, prevent new accounts, retain relevant evidence, reverse an improperly obtained benefit where lawful, or refer a matter to payment providers or authorities. We may act on reasonable evidence, including member reports, linked accounts, device or payment signals, public records, and credible off-service conduct that creates a material safety risk.

Where practical, we may explain an action and offer an appeal route. We may withhold details when doing so could compromise safety, privacy, an investigation, security controls, or a legal obligation. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

7. Paid features, renewals, and chargebacks

If YUYUNA offers a paid feature, the price, currency, billing interval, and applicable terms will be shown before purchase. You authorize the stated charge and must provide current, accurate billing information. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew until cancelled before the next billing date.

Fees are for platform access or digital features only. Except where required by law or expressly stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable once the relevant access or feature has been provided. A chargeback, reversed payment, suspected payment fraud, or material billing dispute may result in an immediate feature restriction or account review; this does not prevent you from using any lawful consumer remedy.

8. Safety and offline interactions

Use judgment before sharing personal information or meeting anyone. Meet in public, tell a trusted person your plans, and never send money or financial information to another member. If you believe you are in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Reports to YUYUNA are not an emergency service and may not receive an immediate response.

9. Intellectual property

YUYUNA and its software, design, trademarks, and non-member content are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by law. We give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service for personal, lawful purposes under these Terms. No other right is granted.

10. Third parties

The service may use third-party providers or link to third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply to their services. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or transactions.

11. Disclaimers and limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YUYUNA is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, error-free service; the accuracy or completeness of member content; or any result from using the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YUYUNA and its operator, affiliates, and personnel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the service or member interactions. Where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid to YUYUNA for the service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or the minimum amount required by law.

12. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify YUYUNA and its operator, affiliates, and personnel against third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Changes, suspension, and termination

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service for operational, legal, security, safety, or business reasons. We may update these Terms by posting the revised version and changing the date above. Material changes will be notified where required by law. Continued use after an effective change means you accept it; if you do not agree, stop using the service and close your account.

14. Governing terms

These Terms are governed by the law identified in the service’s applicable legal notice, except where mandatory local law provides otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them as part of a reorganization, financing, or transfer of the service, subject to applicable law.

15. Contact

For questions, reports, notices, or account requests, use the support channel provided within YUYUNA. Do not send sensitive financial or identity documents unless we specifically request them through a secure process.
